The opportunity for third grade higher education graduates to follow their obligatory internship at Van Zuethem Advocaten occurs twice a year (at the start of August and January). The intern will have his own desk to work at in the same room as one of the advocates. This advocaat has extensive experience in the mentoring of third grade higher education graduates.

Interns get the possibility to work on their general competences and skills as well as their legal skills. There will also be sufficient time for the intern to work independently on assignments for school.

The work activities will be centred around the fields of person and family law, labour law, tenancy law and general contract law. An intern with a high affinity for inland shipping can also apply and will receive work activities relating to this field of law.

We take the competences the intern wants to develop into account.

Naturally, an intern can also come along to court sessions or take part in a meeting. The intern will be involved in all of the daily businesses of the office.

The intern has to have sufficient knowledge of Dutch and English and knowledge of German is an advantage.
